Please note, due to the Covid19 Stage 4 Government restrictions, our office is closed and we will be working remotely. The government restrictions do not allow a tradesperson to attend your property to carry out a non urgent repair/maintenance.
General maintenance repairs are items that do not compromise your health or safety and are items that are not listed under urgent repairs.
To request non urgent repairs you may complete the form below or email your property manager, provide as much information about the issue as possible. You may also provide photographs of the issue to help us gain a better understanding. Please also let us know whether you would like our tradespeople to contact you to arrange a suitable time to meet you at the property or whether you prefer them to collect a spare key from our office.

Please note you may incur a fee in the following instances:
- If the reported damage cannot be located or if you arrange an appointment time and fail to attend;
- Repairs for damages caused by misuse or neglect by the tenant, this includes;
- Power failure caused by appliances
- Foreign objects blocking drains or toilets
- Breakage by force
